My wife Margaret and I have been preparing and serving delicious Chinese cuisine here at China Dynasty since we opened in 1990. We are located in Columbus, Ohio just east of I-71 on Route 161 (Dublin-Granville Rd.). I started my career in the restaurant industry in 1982 and spent five years as a chef at a 5-star restaurant in Taiwan before coming to the United States in 1990.
